She has made it her mission and daily motivation to help enhance the quality of everyday life for many people through communication. A journalist by profession, she has over 20 years of experience in leadership and management; as well as significant experience in strategic planning, organisational development, budgeting, marketing and communication campaigns.

He is seasoned Accountant with more than 10 years of hands on experience with thorough knowledge in projects, government and local government accounting systems.

Apart from a Bachelor of Business in Applied Accounting degree that I hold, he is also in the strategic (final) level of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), as well as studying for his MBA in Finance and Accounting at the University of Zambia.

Kangwa Kasonde is a Social Worker and Families Matter Program Master Trainer. She has over 10 years of experience working with development projects and pours her passion and energy into building the Zambia she wants – one whose development is reflected in the good quality of everyday life of its citizens.

Kasamba is a creative and result oriented woman proficient in media and community work. She has a diploma in journalism and public relations and o behavior change communication strategist within depth knowledge and understanding of behavioural change communication. She has written and produced several radio dramas covering diverse topics.

She is a dedicated teacher with more than 15 years of experience. Committed to acting not only as a teacher but as a mentor to leaners, she holds a Masters Degree in Special Educational Needs (Inclusive Perspectives), and is an advocate for inclusive education  adept in a range of teaching methods.
